No favorite subjects here, only things to keep - for a fraction of a second mostly, rarely more… What I take a picture of, or what I photograph if you will, might appear disconnected from the “serial approach”, which is all about variations of the subject, with composition and esthetic coherence in the front line. In contrast, when I put the two or more photographs together, is to tell the story which is beyond the picture itself, which is not what was in front of camera neither. What is in the picture is combination of the spirit of the scene photographed, and the story I’m struggling to tell. The scene is altered by the full stop in the middle of the timeline (that’s what the photography is) and by what I was thinking that I’m about to photograph and why…
